And Alexie, stop being such an arrogant dick. Indeed, and since his comment was directed mostly at me (since I started it) only I'm allowed to get offended. Actually, I'm more honored that he thinks I have a nutritional science degree in the first place. Maybe I should make a chocolate covered bacon diet.

I dont understand how you decided his comment was directed at you. I feel like his comment was directed mostly at me, since I created the thread and all.

I think it was at all of us who gave some consideration to the ramifications of our chosen poor diets.

In fact, it was a serious question. Is this thread an opinion poll, a puzzle, or both?
Actually, never mind that... Fight, my pretties, fight!

Hm... now, if Pavel entered this conflict, my money would be on him. However, I'd have to put my pennies on Nick, just to see if he could balance 'em.

Happy Ides of March... kai su teknon? (Yay Casey class) and rice, more rice, watercress, xianggu (shiitake mushrooms), and soy beans. and I'd have chickens and rabbits running around.
So this means I'm either setting out to supply an Asian market, or I really need to get some real chinese food.

I've been thinking about my choices and I realized that I would probably not be able to kill any animals that I've raised in order to eat them. I'd have goats, but I'd use them for milk. I might have to go vegetarian if I ran my own farm. And Lisa brings up an interesting point with the mushrooms...

Its ok Pavel, you could just have someone else kill them for you. The point was to see if you could think about what kinds of foods you wouldn't be able to give up, and then to think about the ingredients that make up that food. Or at least thats what I did.

Cows (or goats?), chickens Rice, potatoes, corn, soy, cannabis I might have to replace potatoes with tobacco, though. yeah man, I'd give you some potatoes if you give me some tobaccy (not for me of course.) And we could trade strains and shit all over. As well as chickens and catfish or whatever. I'm down to trade, but I prefer to shit in one place.

Sheep (for meat and clothes) and Horsies (because I like them, not because they're more practical than cows)
Wheat, oats (for the horsies), grapes, carrots, and canteloupe
