If you ever come across an email scam, sometimes rather than deleting it, you should forward it to the abuse department of the email provider. That way they can shut it down.
Usually this is as "abuse@something.com" where something is whatever address the email claims to have been sent from.
However, many of them forge the headers so it doesn't actually come from what is listed. They might have a reply email address that they tell you in the body of the message. For example they might say "respond to me at mrscam@yahoo.com" even though the message claims to have been sent from hotmail. In this case, send it to abuse@yahoo.com.
I've gotten a lot of accounts dealt with this way.

btw talking about scammers....go to youtube and search up "The Real Hustle"
The Real Hustle is a British TV show that specializes in exposing how scams work and how to avoid one. Really interesting stuff there.
