Hey Andrew, I majorly edited your post due to massive swearing... Usually you can get away with a little bit of it, but not nearly that much in the future please...
And none of that racial stuff...

I didn't bother reading all that. Use EssayZip/PostZip (revision 2.4.9 - its predecessors have tons of holes) next time.

You know Andrew.... I think that you wrote a post as long as one pf my discourses! Finally a brother in words, someone who spends the time to write out their ideas....
ok, the sarcasm is dripping onto my t-shirt....
Now to answer the question seriously, and hopefully more conciselly....
Now I would like to begin by giving a simple analysis. Unless I take enormous pride in my work and consider every pie a piece of art (which being a baker I might do) I would most certainly sell the pie to person B. it is simple capitalism at work, what do I care of the use of a pie. If person A pleads with me, I might sell it to him anyway, or if he is simply a friend, I might sell it to him anyway. Although, it is also possible I would sell it to whoever came first. If Person A already paid for it, or even said, I would like to buy that pie before Person B came I would give it to him.
Now I will proceed to analyze the economic effects of this purchase. The whole question is actually contrary to its intention. Person B surprisingly also has more need for the pie. living in a capitilistic society, the fact that he is offering more money simply means that his demand for the pie is higher. He is willing to offer more money for the pie because for him the pie means a lot. Now this is contrary to what we might suppose yet it is neverthless true. The poorer man, is willing to pay for this pie, if he doesnt get it he can get another pie elsewhere for the similar price. obviously the pie doesnt mean that much to him. Yet this other man is willing to pay you extra money for the pie. He obviously wants the pie a lot if he doesnt bother to shop for the best price, nor take into account that the pie already has another buyer. Now some may argue, the pie thrower is richer. He is able to spend more money on a certain good. Now this is true, but one must realize that wealth leads to a certain kind of culture in which a rich man will spend just as much of his income as a poor man. He lives richer and therefore will spend more, and end up spending all his money. So what reason has he to pay more for a pie? If he were to do the same thing with every single object he buys, he would end up living the exact same life as the poorer man, in which case is he really richer? (not to mention that few people would act in such a manner) All this leads to the conclusion that really the question asks, would you sell the pie to person B or person B? My answer therefore is Person B
