The "sun glare" is from the armband holding the cloth on her arm. Now, to the making of the picture, I first did a rough sketch, scanned it in, and colored it in photoshop. Done, period, no coloring except in photoshop. And if it really matters, Photoshop 5.5 was the medium. ;D ~*~Me

So is this picture suggesting that while teddy bears, cute and cuddly, never doing any real harm to anyone, get bit in the neck by female vampires?

No, it's a satirical representation of females in America. This one is defying her gender role by "taking a bite" out of one of her foremost expected traits, i.e. cuteness.

Or, this could be an example of the stereotyped "beauty is only skin deep." Or the femme fatale type female...

At first I thought that this would be a picture of a teddy bear devouring so little kid or something. No such luck though. Anyway, it looks pretty good. There's something about the face that looks a bit off though. I think that the eyes are positioned a bit low, because the head looks a little too balooned at the top. If you were trying to get it to look like you are looking down at the face, you might try making the nose a bit more pointy. Just a bit of constructive criticism.

nazi teddy bears...? And I dunno about tilting her head. I was going for the innocent "wasn't my fault" look.

Yea, the eyes are too low. They should be in the center of the head. I know it's just boring rules, but if you are shooting for realism it works.
