Cloaked and masked, yet why is he black? Tall, dark, yet not handsome, what does he lack? Unwanted and unwelcome, but still he draws near, If they haven’t seen him, what do they fear? How can we know he is male? Why is he a him? Does this just satisfy their random whim? “Judge not” to others they say, But others judge they may. Is society such a hypocrite? That EVERYTHING must so perfectly fit Their rules and limits, all these barriers and walls, All are trapped, yet none want to hear freedom’s calls. How can they know that he is a villain? How can they say he is the result of sin? What do they who have never died know? Why is he, Death seen as a foe? Is it because they fear what tidings he brings? Why are deaths winters, and lives springs? All these questions about the unknown, Into ALL minds this seed is sown This fear, this sadness, this hatred What is so bad about being dead? Can it be so bad? What do dead lack? If it were so bad, one would think they come back.
i'm SRY!! i was sugar high!! it was late!! bad things happened in my mind (what little is left)!!!!! VERY BAD THINGS!!
