You no like treehuggers? Tolerance is a very important social skill, you know. Yeah, those treeuers really need to practice more tolerance.

Shitty flash game? Zombies.
On that note, however, I've always wondered what would the result be if 2D fighter developers got a clue and used vectors to do their sprites instead of making do with pixelated .gifs. Not sure if Flash could handle it, but I'm sure it could be done with better results than what's currently there.

arent most modern fighters doing that now? I mean, Ive even heard of companies that arent using sprites anymore, and are somehow modelling moves that react to each other, and produce varied unique movements or something wierd like that.

Well, from my experience there are 2D and 3D fighters. 3D is technically a type of vector, but it ain't the flash kind. I've played almost every modern 2D fighter by this point and none of them have used vectors, just old fashioned sprites. I actually find I like them more since the systems they use are often much tighter and they tend to be faster paced. Also, I've come to dislike games like Tekken with their 10 hit premade combos, which are kind of lame and make for a repeditive block-fest if your playing against a player who uses them.
I'll leave it at that though, I've bent this a little off topic. If you want to hear my whine about the industry, we can start a new thread.
