Too bad you're both wrong, and there is a better alternative.

*blink* interesting statements...*sigh* And I bet pavel is a fair person and all, but I don't know if his choices would reflect mine...and I really do like having mine...although it might lessen some of the stress and competition in the forum. *head hurts* Ask me sometime BEFORE I do homework!

Debating on the forum is so fun... I didn't do any homework today, and I have a DBQ in history tomorrow. Whoopee! Shits and giggles! Can I join your cause of procrastinators?

I don't actually care to much so I'll refrain from voting. What would be the purpose in having a vote if Pavel can already just pronounce himself supreme dictator.

Or you could always vote no...after all, it would forbid you too from running again. Not necessarily that you would want to, but it would take away your option and deny some hypothetical people their right to vote for whom they choose in some hypothetical situation.

and hypothetically the server on which this forum is stored could hypothetically blow up and hypothetically destroy the forum anyway

Screw it, I'll vote no. It'll just dump the work load on Pavel anyway. This way, all he has to do is change the MODs every three months or so and check the MOD board (yes, it's actually being USED now) every so often, and we all know how busy Pavel is.

...except that Pavel would still have as many mods as he wanted to do the work for him. this'd only reduce his workload by eliminating vote-counting.

i honestly can't see why people oppose this, other than pavel. pavel's not stalin, nor that short chinese guy with the big hair. this isn't russia nor china. it doesn't matter if it works on paper or in real life, as this is pretty much neither. i mean come on. this is an online message board with PAVEL as the head mod. so does it really matter to vote? i'm sure pavel would listen to why you would or wouldn't want someone as mod. and would you really care who he picked? i doubt that you would, unless it was henry or i, in which case i seriously DOUBT pavel would ever let the thought of one of us being mods cross his mind.
magister said shits and giggles. what the fucks? how come I don't get to swear??
now THAT'S not fair.
