There is way too much flaming going on in the campaigns. If you have nothing useful to add to the thread, please don't post. Thank You.

why whats so bad about flaming in the campaigns? its a very effective political tactic. In fact it almost is a part of the campaighns..... And the voters have an important part in this flaming too... They, in order to rack up more votes for the candidates they support should join in this flaming... Therefore, Do your duty to this forum, and do your duty to your candidates. Let us Flame!

Okay, just thought I'd question: What makes it an effective tactic? Since none of you are giving good reasons to put people down, it's just lowering your own integrity. I'd hate to mention that the whole flaming really turns me off and I'd hate to see what you'd do in that sort of situation with any kind of power. So techincally it might be effective if someone else is degrading people that it boosts your popularity, but that's about it. I don't see how it's a useful tactic to take on as a canidate.

Since none of you are giving good reasons to put people down, i would argue against this, but then again all my posts have all been logically crafted arguments and not so much flames as calls of warning to the defenseless and abused forum populace. rise up, my people! cast off this sloth of suckitude!
