"Keep the forum a safe place." I've seen this a lot on mod campaigns and it has always made me smile =). I can see this guy walking around the forum when suddenly he gets jumped by an offensive post that holds him hostage until a mod runs in with a virtuAK-47 after which ensues an interesting scene, causing the message "too many connections" to appear to everyone attempting to post. I know what "keep the forum safe" means, but don't you think the word choice is pretty stupid?

you're mean.
don't call her word choice pretty stupid.
i mean, obviously she doesn't mean to keep physical danger out of the forums.

I suppose my word choice could have been better. Any suggestions?

you're mean. don't call her word choice pretty stupid. i mean, obviously she doesn't mean to keep physical danger out of the forums. I can't believe it! The rudest of the rude is pointing out somebody else's rudeness, and I'm AGREEING with him! First off, if you're running for mod, Tsear, it's not a good idea to insult people in general. Secondly, I daresay your point was more stupid than Blue Mermaid's (not that her wording was at all stupid). No offense, but don't be offensive.

I'm sure he wasn't. I kind of even agree with him, actually. But still - it wasn't very nice.

I wasn't trying to insult anyone, I was just poking fun at some popular word phrases.
