I suppose. But many people still think it is worth the price of having only one baby to live in the cities where there is work and relatively good living conditions, to living out in remote areas where it is difficult.

I guess you could. But it would be difficult to keep your children out of any government run school (to prevent the government from finding out) for their youth...

Sure, if you had enough money. The fines are high I believe, but I haven't checked how high they are.

I guess not. Then I must admit that I have not researched this topic and as such, I am not 100% sure about China's current policy on children.
