your friendly sparknotes version of our very first black and white detective story thread! (implying that we intend to have more whether you like it or not ) without most of the dialoge, detailed descriptions and 90% of the inner monologues: Miss Teer has come to the office of Neone, Private Investigator, seeking help, because the leader of her mafia, geneva, has been kidnapped along with a large quantity of tanzanite stones miss teer and neone drive off to EPOSWASHQ to investigate the scene of the crime meanwhilst, at Enemy HQ, the Leader of the JERBOA (ragefire) is trying to get information out of the captive geneva, and has shot ali in the leg, because ali is an idiot, and screwed up ... again (that being implied) ragefire's associate, amarie galce, has found a bit of parchment that may lead them to the recipe for the MUFFIN, a pastry that when summoned correctly, is very large, destructive, and unstoppable unless you have lots of pigeons, or The Birds amarie glace has gone to "visit" The Jeff( the retired cereal tycoon who dabbles in gem research and the bashing open of creationist skulls) neone has called the jeff's mansion, for information, having missed the note he sent her. unfortunately for all, lev, the doorman, has take the jeff hostage because the russian spy has found out about the MUFFIN. lev, having gone to the phone, amarie snuck in and recued the jeff, and just before they were found out, the jeff opened a secret passageway, and hopes that lev shall go through the other open door, that he may land in the rubbish heap we now await Neones action

but I, Miss Teer, shall be there with "money
and hell if i do not mean business
and i have gone off to come up with the "money"

is he stupid enough to kill her before he gets his information? This very well may be the case. As we have seen that the before mentioned has an unusual fetish with tutus and muffins, we indeed will never know what this psycopath is capable of. I happen to know this man very well, and lemme tell ya, he's pulled off some really stupid stuff . As seen here: "Ragefire: *Fires a single shot through the middle of his head* Nobody questions my pink tutu..." He is stupid enough to kill one of his own men for the sake of one of the two before mentioned fetishes. Yet again, we see that he is stupid enough to harm someone who is important enough to the story to be given a name! "*Pulls out a gun and shoots Ali in the leg*"
will he get ticked off enough to wound her now? Wound her? Perhaps, perhaps not! He has shown that he is aiming the gun with deadly accuracy. I think he has more or less forgot about 'wouding' and gone straight for the kill. "*Pulls his gun out and points with deadly aim*"will she tell him what he wants to know? No. She will tell him what he THINKS he wants to know. When in reality, it's just a bunch of crap that he will probably fall for... What an idiot... Of course, she did come very very close to losing it as seen here: "And just as it looks like she might burst and tell the whole truth...!"
does she even HAVE what he wants to know? Yes. She is, after all, the leader of the EPOSWAS. It is for that reason we know for a fact she knows all about the muffin including: how to summon it, how to control it, and how to unsummon it. A direct quote that has already been used once before even proves that she does infact KNOW what he wants: "And just as it looks like she might burst and tell the whole truth...!"

geneva has provoked Ragefire to pull the trigger
but because that chamber was empty, nothing happened but a whole lot of drama
and now, ragefire decides to bring up a different topic for interogation
it's gone from the MUFFIN to the gemstones
geneva is now tryign to draw ragefires attention of the muffin, to the stones, that she may possibly regain them

Lev... For love of the divine... If you don't want us to call you a spy or a doorman, Tell Us What To Call You! Post it somewhere, obvious, and in large text. Then we'll know, and won't keep calling you the doorman or the spy. At least, not in summary or whatever. Keep in mind, some characters (like mine...) Simply Don't Know who you are, so they use whatever impression they first got. But for the summary and stuff, post so we know.

Yes I know. But I expressly told Lisa that I was a mercenary that tried to kidnap Jeff and get some money that way.
It's ok if you refer to me as doorman for the time being, but Jeff calling total stranger that took him hostage his doorman.

oh, for the love of little apples, you aren't such a major character that every little widget is absolutely imperative to me
sorry, but as a minor villain it just isn't necessary to my existant every detail is correct and you never did provide a sturdy public handle for yourself you know

Well, the feeling I wanted to get at by putting butler in quotes was that you are not really by butler.

AAAnnyway meantime, neone and miss teer have gone off for ice cream (so i assume, for though steph has not posted as of yet, i dont think we have anything pressing to do, and if we do, well, my wonderful driving skills will get us there in two shakes of a lamb's tal) rage fire has taken geneva's ring, which means poor geneva has absolutely no tanzanite to her name now

Well now, normally I would tell you, but that might reveal some EPOSWAS hidden plot, and how could I do that to them? It's just mean!

Indeed, I did. The question is, do we let this interesting turn of events continue?
The thing I love most, and hate most about RPs is the fact that you can always make the story go any way you want. I could easily escape from the room, find Ali, and kill his character, thus retaking my role as main villian. Of course, that could always be bad. But then again, this kind of thing usually does happen in a lot of story lines, and either I retake control with his death, or he continues to be in complete command with my death.
Usually the back stabber dies, but in a few rare cases, the main villain dies.
I'd watch out if I were you Ali. I'm not sure what I will do about you, but... Watch out.
